Mr. Mahesh Sadashiva Hegde
Mahesh Sadashiva Hegde is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Mysore (1981). He began his career in academics and then joined TATA Electric in 1982, where he worked for six years in technical roles.
He later started his own business in thermal insulation and energy conservation. This work led him into the field of acoustics after a project at IIT Mumbai. In 1999, he founded Thermosonics Pvt. Ltd.
For over 25 years, Thermosonics has provided effective solutions in noise, heat, dust, and smoke mitigation, helping hundreds of industries and institutions across India and four other countries. Today, it is a trusted name in environmental control engineering.
Mrs. Bhadrasheela Hegde
Bhadrasheela Hegde is a graduate in Arts from Mumbai University (1984). After completing her B.Ed., she spent 14 fulfilling years as a teacher in an ICSE school.
After taking early retirement from teaching, she moved into the corporate world and joined Thermosonics Pvt. Ltd. in 1999, the year it was founded. She currently serves as Director and Head – Human Resources.
Over the years, she has been deeply involved in building the company’s HR systems and organizational culture, contributing to its growth and stability. With her background in education and people management, she brings compassion, discipline, and strategic thinking to the leadership team.
Mr. Rohan Hegde
Rohan Mahesh Hegde is a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters in Engineering Management from Indiana Tech University.
He is heading the Marketing and Sales Division.
He is a visionary business leader with over 12 years of progressive experience in steering high-impact strategies, building profitable business units, and driving organizational growth in industrial engineering and manufacturing.
Mr. Rohit Dumane
Rohit Dumane is a seasoned advisor with over 33 years of leadership experience across real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors. His expertise spans project governance, operational transformation, and business strategy, enabling organizations to scale with structure, clarity, and long-term vision.
At Thermosonics, Rohit supports the leadership team in institutionalizing governance frameworks, enhancing performance measurement systems, and driving both project and business excellence.
